I have a bed frame packed in a box and kept in my apartment lobby. I need help bringing the box into my apartment, moving the mattress out of the bedroom temporarily, assembling the bed frame, and then placing the mattress back onto the assembled bed. Basic tools and experience with furniture assembly would be helpful.

Air Conditioner keeps changing zones. There are 2 controllers, the issue is duplicated, which tells its not controller related necessarily. Its a 18 year old Actron ac.

I have moved out of the house. I need someone to make minor paint touch ups on the walls of the house. Im putting some pictures for reference. There are existing paints if you can use them for reference. There is a floor plan of the house for reference too

Just general touch-ups on paint. Majority of it is black. It would be good if we can have someone that can look at the paint, match it and touch up the area. We no longer have the paint available and we don't know what we used.

One the circuit breakers keeps getting tripped. Rest of the house got power except for few power points are not working. I have disconnected all the loads still the circuit breaker tripped. Need an electrician to find the fault and rectify the issue.

We have a new shower head and taps for the wall in the shower which we need installed. Have included a picture of both the old shower and taps and the new set to be installed. Current shower is leaking so we need it installed as soon as possible- hoping for pre Xmas.
