I just need someone to seal some gaps under the kitchen pipes area, cupboard etc., (so the roache/crickets can't get in! Grrr) and add a door strip (from the outside-eg photo from the neighbour door). Must have an ABN and Insurance as I’m renting.

Keen to get a quote to fit new bottom clamps to pool and garden glass fence panels. 12 panels requires 24 new clamps.

Looking for an experienced handyman to safely remove an old window air conditioner from an upstairs bedroom. This is a window-style unit, not a split system. It has its own power cord plugged into a normal wall power point and does not appear to be hard-wired. The unit is quite heavy and is supported by a metal frame/brackets on the outside of the upstairs window (see photos). I need someone with appropriate experience and equipment to remove the air conditioner and external supports carefully and safely, without anything falling onto the roof/area below. The air conditioner is still working. The person removing it is welcome to take it if wanted; otherwise I would like it brought downstairs so I can dispose of it through council clean-up. I would also be interested in a quote to make the window usable again afterwards, including fitting a flyscreen if this is something you can do. I have a standard shower, after a while water starts to seep out from the shower area and on to the bathroom. I think sealing issue of door or borders?

The cold water pressure appears to be overpowering the hot supply. The temperature goes from hot to cold with a tiny adjustment. need a plumber to test and fix the pressure balance, tap valves and tempering valve

Handyman needed to do a few things on my apartment Help me with: - Assemble a TV unit from flat pack - Change 6 lamps (285cm ceiling height, lamps are provided by me) - Put a tension rod for curtain (provided by me, 4m length of space, no drill) Lights will be provided by me, just need to change the light bulb. The tension rod is also provided by me, just need help assemble it to the walk with curtains.
