I need someone to lay down a bluestone tile at a front door step that is 830mm wide and 160mm deep. The tile is a 20mm bluestone single piece and you will need to cut it along the edges and notch it exactly so that it fits snugly in the door frame. There is a single step tile at 2 separate doors. The layout is the same, see the photos. The stone tile will be 1000x500x20, so you will need to cut it from this size

Have 4 x pitsorium stumps that need chainsawsed down the ground level. Not a big job (should take 5 minutes) but not worth me purchasing a chainsaw. Need to take about 100mm off. As close to ground as possible. I will dispose of the stump once removed. Thankyou :)

We want to move and replace the side gate and fence with something like a rapid fence 1130 x 1800 classic white PVC gate and side panel available at Bunnings. Replace a section of the retaining wall in a couple of sections. Section 1 would be in a bin enclosure space, being 800mm deep on either side and 1900mm wide at the back and 600mm high. Section 2 is a retaining wall off the bin enclosure space approximately 5000m long and 400mm high. Section 3 is at the edge of the alfresco that would have steps on one side approximately 1200mm wide and 3-4 steps, and then a floating bench seat with a planter box on either side. We would like remove a small section of the pergola roof to straighten the alfresco roof line up and then over section 2 of the retaining wall add an open roof pergola from the fence or retaining back to the house - refer to pictures with the white open roof pergola as an AI generated image as an example. All rubbish removed from site after completion

Hi there! We just need someone to come and fix a couple taps and tighten up some loose fittings. Here’s a list: - Bathroom sink tap, it seems the mesh as come out of the tap so it’s spraying water. - Shower tap, the handle itself has come off - Soap holder, is just loose and needs tightening so it doesn’t flip - Toilet roll holder, also just loose and needs tightening I’ve attached photos of all of the above! Just let me know if you have any questions :) Also just an FYI that we have a dog, she’s super friendly and we’ll keep her out of your way, but she might come and say hello so I’d you’re not a dog person just something to keep in mind!

Fix 2 taps which are shaky 1. Washbasin tap (this might need moving the basin and do it or even put a new one (I will have a new tap stand by)- see pics ) 2. Sink tap - this might be an easy one - It just keep shaking even after I fix it with my hand. So just need a good fix so that it doesn’t keep shaking

Needs to paint a patch on a wall that has been painted but with a wrong white paint. Need to paint that and few touch ups trough out the apartment for a rental property.

There was a hedge that has been removed, but the stumps are still in place and need to be ground down. There are seven small stumps in total. Stumps with small limbs will be cut back so only the stump remains for removal. When: Needs to be completed before Monday.
