Replace a section of the retaining wall in a couple of sections. Section 1 would be in a bin enclosure space, being 800mm deep on either side and 1900mm wide at the back and 600mm high. Section 2 is a retaining wall off the bin enclosure space approximately 5000m long and 400mm high. Section 3 is at the edge of the alfresco that would have steps on one side approximately 1200mm wide and 3-4 steps, and then a floating bench seat with a planter box on either side. We would like remove a small section of the pergola roof to straighten the alfresco roof line up and then over section 2 of the retaining wall add an open roof pergola from the fence or retaining back to the house - refer to pictures with the white open roof pergola as an AI generated image as an example. All rubbish removed from site after completion

Hi there! We just need someone to come and fix a couple taps and tighten up some loose fittings. Here’s a list: - Bathroom sink tap, it seems the mesh as come out of the tap so it’s spraying water. - Shower tap, the handle itself has come off - Soap holder, is just loose and needs tightening so it doesn’t flip - Toilet roll holder, also just loose and needs tightening I’ve attached photos of all of the above!
