We have a new free standing vanity that we would like to be put in here. We have a new sink and taps too. And a mirror. We need someone who can install this all for us and ideally take away the old stuff. There is one extra job required as part of this which will include building a timber kicker for beneath the vanity so that it fits perfectly in this space. We are not retiling as the current tiles are fine

Three ridge caps have come loose from my tiled roof (one is broken). I need someone experienced with roofing to: • Refit or replace the missing ridge caps (supply and match tiles if possible) • Reseal and mortar them securely • Check surrounding ridge tiles for any looseness and reseal if needed to ensure the area is watertight The roof is the typical red terracotta/concrete tile style. I accidentally pulled 3 slats of the vertical blind off its rail. 3 plastic parts are needed to repair this blind to re connect the 3 blinds that have snapped and fallen down. Located in lovedale, in the hunter valley, 12 minutes feom cessnock. Let me know if you have any questions :) thanks

The work consist of: - remove the old toilet, and install the new one - replace two showers and their taps - replace two taps I’ll purchase the taps, showers and toilet. You’ll need to have all the other necessary tools and materials. Old toilet and showers must be disposed by you.
