G’day! Need two stone bench tops which have recently been installed to be caulked - previous contractor has become unavailable. We would like to either repair or replace the existing steps

Fence has been replaced however it has left a gap between fence and front gate and fence and neighbours brick garage. Gaps between front gate and fence approx: 12.5cm Gaps between fence and bricks: Gap 1: approx 13cm Gap 2: approx 23cm. There is also the option to extend the fence and connect the two portions, however there is only 19cm from neighbours foundation to our concrete walkway.
