I need help with removal of 6 Trees+Stumps

The family is selling the property and is looking for an experienced handy man to help with below: 1. Paint the interior of Kitchen & Meals & Family room, and Main bedroom (as shown on the floor plan), both ceiling and wall, assistance is needed to protect/cover the carpet and floor 2. A few minor patching, painting, cleaning work in rest of the rooms (wall and ceiling) 3. Paint 10 window frames (both interior and exterior), 4 window frames (just interior) 4. Take off all 12 curtain and curtain tracks in the house and have the holes left covered up 5. Other minor jobs to refresh the house to make it look nicer and more presentable - All tools and paint are needed by the vendor. - Inspection is welcomed for the final quote.

Need taps and sink mixer changed to update a bathroom and powder room for small renovation. Probably need to replace the copper pipes with the new style flexible pipes and will provide the new taps to match the existing showers and bath. Very basic easy job for experienced handyman / plumber.
