Require an Electrician to complete a few jobs on new property. Main jobs - fix light switch (wire loose) - Replace 2 GPOs fittings in Kitchen - Replace 2 Ceiling fans in Living Room. - change screws in DB board (screw has gone through wall inside house and sitting in the plaster) GPOs and Fans will be provided ready for installation.

Remove old fans, then replace two ceiling fans in the same position. Fans need to be assembled. One has a built in light, one does not. Both use remotes but will require wiring to an existing wall switch. Wanting the job done ASAP. thanks in advance.
