Hello, We are looking for a licensed NSW Electrician to attend our retail store, in Wollongong Central, to replace four faulty ceiling downlights and inspect the lighting circuit. The Issue: Four recessed ceiling downlights at the front of our sales floor are completely out. Additionally, a couple of other downlights on the same circuit are noticeably dimming. We need these four lights replaced and the general circuit inspected to ensure there is no underlying wiring issue causing premature failure of the fittings. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Removing the four faulty downlight units. 3. Supplying and installing four (4) new, suitable replacement recessed LED downlights and drivers. 4. Inspecting the surrounding wiring and the general downlight circuit to identify why the lights are dimming/failing prematurely. 5. Testing all lights on the circuit to confirm they are secure, stable, and operating correctly. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the four new compatible replacement downlight fittings and drivers. The cost for this hardware must be included in your final offer. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - Experience with commercial LED lighting circuits and troubleshooting.
