Had someone doing some general house maintenance and asked them to look at the flickering down light. Apparently they felt the issue as with the transformer and would require an electrician. We have the new light fitting just looking for someone to install it with the proper credentials.

Hi, I run a small online antiques and vintage lighting shop and regularly source vintage wall lights and lamps. I currently have a handful of vintage wall sconces that need rewiring to Australian standards (approximately 7 pieces to start). Most are simple single-bulb wall lights with existing wiring that just needs replacing. Ideally I’m looking to find an electrician who is comfortable working with vintage lighting and who may be interested in an ongoing working relationship, as I will likely have more pieces needing rewiring each month. Tasks would typically include: • replacing old wiring • ensuring proper earthing • fitting appropriate cable and connectors • basic safety check • converting plug-in wall lamps to hardwired sconces with mounting plate. • rewiring table lamps to Australian compliance, with Aus plugs and new flex. Licensed electrician – replace 2 outdoor lights, fix rangehood light switch & smoke alarm inspection & compliance certification. Replace two outdoor bunker lights. Remove two old exterior bunker lights. Install two new LED bunker lights (already purchased – see photos). Exterior wall/ceiling mounted. Investigate and repair rangehood light switch. The lights on the stovetop exhaust/rangehood work, but the buttons/switches don’t always respond. Inspect hard-wired smoke alarm. Confirm the smoke alarm installation is compliant for selling a house in WA. Provide compliance certificate.

I have a xtrons stereo install which is already plugged in and working, however it needs to have the wires hidden behind the dash and run properly all the way to the stereo modules in the rear boot. Reverse camera and microphone also to be installed (supplied by me). Drivers window regulator with replacement clips also needs to be installed (I will supply) as the glass is stuck inside the door. I also have a a new door lock mechanism to replacement the existing which appears to be on its way out. Whilst the door cavity is accessible I also have 6.5 speakers and a Aeropro mounting adapter to replace the factory front door speakers. I also want the trailer electrics hooked up so that I can tow (see photo of trailer module included). I should have all parts on hand by mid February.
