Light Switches 1 x Switch (single) - stuck. Needs replacing. 1 x Switch (double) - getting stuck. Needs replacing.

Looking for a cabler to install cat6 cables in double brick house built in 70s. Whats required: Approx 16 cables. 4 for cctv 12 for wall plates - those would be in pairs, so 6 pairs for 6 double wall plates.

Have a dimmer switch that I think needs to be replaced. Was originally for halogen dimmable down lights but was changed to LED dimmable down lights. Dimmer switch not changed, resulted in slight humming noise when lights are on and lights will flicker when trying to dim. Another double switch for lights, one switch works fine. The other switch on it will only flick half way down and not the full way, light won’t turn on because of this. Unsure if switch or light’s issue.
