I live in an apartment building which is 13 years old, but require an electrical contractor to say that the RCD and smoke alarm are compliant.

I have purchased a new induction cooktop to replace my old electric one and am looking for a qualified electrician to install it. It may require some light cabinetry work as there is a 5mm difference between the required cut-outs, my bench top is a plastic laminate material. I have attached pictures of the product specifications of both the old electric cooktop and the new induction one. I need this task done prior to Saturday 11/5 as this is the deadline to return the new one if it isn’t compatible. Thank you!

We need an NBN utility box installed. Internal cabling is completed with the cables being accessible through the ceiling. The NBN technician could not establish the connection as the external conduit was unavailable at the building. As the cables are accessible from the ceiling, the following tasks will have to be completed: 1. Installing an NBN utility box on the external wall 2. Extending cables from the ceiling to the NBN utility box. 3. Dig a trench and install a conduit to run the fibre to the NBN utility box. I must admit that I lack detailed technical knowledge, so I am writing based on my best understanding. Also, we do not have the material required to complete these tasks. 

RCD keep tripping and now stays off

We have a 2015 Fiat Ducato. I purchased a head unit (Xtrons that has now been taken off their website) was meant to be compatible with the extra connectors, howewever, its not the case. Looking for someone that is able to connect it up by splicing the wires with connectors. Also we have some Kings 8.5 MKII Laser Spotlights I'd like connected to our bullbar. I have 3 new fluorescent lights to replace older lights, 1 bathroom light/ fan combo, replace front door light, install security/motion sensor light.

We are a children's charity situated opposite HBF Park helping vulnerable children and young people living with middle ear disease and hearing loss. One of our smoke alarms needs the batteries changed and we do not have a ladder tall enough to do this ourselves (we have high ceilings in our clinic offices). Can you help by popping in this week with your ladder? We have the batteries. The chirping sound is interfering with the hearing tests we conduct on newborns and infants. Replacement of my lock barrel or unlocking my bike battery lock due to misplaced key. Plus a couple more odd jobs around house too if time permits. Front door lock sticking, back door needs re attaching to frame and two hinges to be added to a cabinet.
