Foxtel were meant to activate our connection to our house that we moved into last Thursday. nbn says the connection is working and we have even been advised to change the connection on the nbn box from UNID1 to UNID 4 but there is still no signal to the modem. As nbn says there is a signal to their box they keep rejecting Foxtel's requests for as technician to come out. The previous occupants had nbn and we are using Foxtel modems. Can you assist?

I have just had my service installed by Belong. The signal is active, and they say there is nothing else they can do and that I have 7 metre in house cabling issue?! They are telling me to get my own technician. I have switched the telephone cable they supplied with 2 others and the same fault is happening, so am happy it's not the cable from the wall socket to the modem. I am thinking that its either the box or the newly installed wall socket. They are not willing to send a tech out again, I tried calling the one that put it in but he's not responding. Anything you can do to help is much appreciated and pretty quick as we have been spending all of our data on our mobile to play Wiggles for our daughter, in between working from home! Thanks
