Looking for a licensed electrician to tidy up lighting and fan setups in a 2-bedroom Gold Coast apartment. Fans and lights are new and working — I just want them simplified and properly balanced. Scope of Work: Remove 3 × dimmer modules (one per room) and replace them with standard on/off switches (plates already supplied). Inspect or replace 3 × ceiling fan controllers so the speed settings (1-2-3) are balanced and not overly fast. Fans are Vector III 52" AC models — no need to remove them, just adjust or swap wall controllers if required. Parts: I already have the single wall plates. Reason for the removal of the dimmers as they flicker on low light, most likely needing new led bulbs and new dimmer switches - if this is work you could do and fix for me id appreciate it. been struggling with it and chosen to remove the dimmers. Happy to pay additional cost for small parts or controllers, just include them in your final quote before starting.
