Wanting a quote for downlights to be done in an apartment in a strata complex

Just need a few light fitting connected in my toilet. I’ve almost managed to do it myself but cannot for the life of me attach the wires and put the light flush against the roof

I require an additional smoke alarm added

Single light switch needs to be changed for a dimmer switch

install two smoke alarms,(hard wired), and one rcd.

We have an air conditioning unit that we’d like to get running again. It’s working however is only blowing normal air not hot or cold. Initially just looking to pay for a quick inspection and if the issue is fixable happy to proceed and negotiate price for the job.

wanted to add a centre pendant light in a bedroom. There is already 2 downlights in the ceiling. We have the pendant shade and light globe but nothing else. Standard heigh ceiling.

Smoke alarm Lifesaver model Lif5000 has expired (2012), needs replacing qualified electrician only. Double storey dwelling.

Need a licenced electrician to change 20 or so MR16 downlights to plugs for downlights i have purchased. Replace 4 wall lights inside and 2 outside, replace 4x 1m long fluro with led, 2 smaller fluro with led and a couple of other things like that. Looking for an hourly rate plus parts. It's no more than a days work.
