The bike is a 2004 Honda Shadow. It seems to have electrical issues. The lights come on, the horn and indicators work, but the engine won't start - it doesn't even try to turn over. The battery and starter relay are new and all fuses have been replaced; still no joy. I need someone who can please come down and diagnose and fix the issue.

I've just had smart downlights installed, but I'm not happy with the brand of lights chosen. unfortunately, it looks like the downlights have been installed directly instead of via a power point, so I'm not able to change them myself. I'm looking for someone to come in and replace 10 downlights with Phillips Hue downlights. I'll need you to tell me what type to get, or if you bring them yourself I can reimburse you for the cost.
