Hi, needing to fix an electrical wire connecting the hot water unit to the solar panel on roof. Wire broken near the base of the unit (courtesy of the dog) which is causing the unit to beep alert. Tried twisting it back together and retaping but no luck. Hopefully can be repaired without full connection replacement. Picture shows the black cord, will just need to remove the panel
