Hi there — I’m looking for a qualified and experienced air conditioning installer to mount and commission a Hyundai 2.1 kW inverter smart split system (reverse cycle) in the lounge rooms of two separate villa units within the same complex. Scope of work: Supply is handled (a/c units purchased already). Install the indoor unit and outdoor condenser in each lounge room. Run refrigerant piping, electrical, and drain lines between indoor & outdoor units. Connect to existing or new electrical circuit (depending on condition) in each villa. Commission the systems, Ensure proper mounting, secure brackets, weatherproofing of wall penetrations, and drainage. Clean up all installation debris and leave areas in tidy condition. Details you should know: The two villas are adjacent in the same complex — no travel between sites. Refer floor plan and a/c unit in images.

I need three of our hallway sconce provisions changed to our purchased sconces.

NBN told me I need to have a pathway clearnace created for them to our Study. They could only install it in our bedroom which wast ideal. So we need to run it from the roof through to the study and down the wall and create a new hole with rope so NBN tech can install the fibre and NBN box.

Here’s a bullet point list of all the items needing to be fixed from a recent electrical inspection report, plus a couple of additional improvements. The items are located at two side-by-side units. Overhead mains connection point shows corrosion → needs replacement before failure. Outdoor pump connected to an extension lead wrapped around a water line → install a weatherproof power point. Metal underground conduit beneath switchboard is cracked/corroded → replace with PVC conduit at correct depth. Cracked light switches and power points throughout Unit 1 → immediate replacement. Loose power point in Unit 2 → tighten or replace. Cracked light switches in Unit 2 → immediate replacement. Pendant light in Unit 2 hanging too low, live terminals could be touched → remove pendant (bulb can remain). Switchboard in Unit 2 inaccessible, no RCD safety switch detected → install RCDs and replace fused main switches. PowerPoint with mould/yellow substance → replace. Batten holder light installed too low with accessible live terminals → remove or replace with sealed light fitting. Installation of two new ovens (to be hardwired in) and installation of corresponding safety switches. Remove existing light fittings in each bedroom and replace with pendant fittings. Remove existing light fittings in living rooms, hallways and bathrooms and replace with halogen downlights (min four lights in lounge room, one in each bathroom (excluding wc in first unit) and one in each hallway.
