Hello, I would like to get a certificate of compliance for the 2022 smoke alarm rule. I have a 2 storey, 4 bed house with existing smoke detectors outside each bedroom, top of the stairs and down stairs in the hallway. I am unsure if they are the correct alarms or if they are already hard wired, so will need to get any remedial works required done. I would also like to have two power points installed outside in the deck area.

Floor lamp - no longer works. I have changed the light bulb and also checked on another powerpoint so I believe it is the electrical fitting that needs to be replaced.

We have an existing blue cable running from outside of the house to one of the rooms. Need someone to help with connecting one end of the cable to the existing NBN box (may need some drilling) and other end to the modem to be located in the study room. The blue cables are open and do not have a socket, so will need to supply a socket as well.
