I would like to change my smoke alarm. At the moment, I’m not quite sure if it’s a wired one or a battery powered one. My downstairs powder room’s exhausting fan is not working. I tried to switch on, but it doesn’t work. The garage light is not working.

Install an outdoor electrical point to be used for a new hot water gas continuous flow unit. It’s a single story house and the electrical unit is to be installed in the backyard, there’s no switch board around so probably will have to be drilled through to get wiring from the bedroom behind the external wall. See attached pictures for your reference.

hi, my rheem Natural Gas 135L hot water heater outdoor unit’s bottom of the chamber tank is leaking due to rust & there’s no hot water flowing through, need to fix on possible priority ? if it’s not fixable need a quote on the replacement with the old unit to be taken away.

We are demolishing the reception desk, before that we need to disconnect the power point cables, all electrical cables etc.
