Replacement of 110mm LED Downlights (Supply & Install ) 90mm Tri colour LED downlight at new point (Supply & Install)

There are 2 LED downlights that have stopped working. One of them quit over 12 months ago but still had sufficient light. However the second one died recently so both need attention. Could be the driver as one of them occasionally turns on again.

Require one 30cm Plug In DIY down light installed to replace current fixture as pictured please. Wiring does exist from previous LED fixture, but unsure if this will work for the down light? Please advise. NOTE: Current fixture is still hanging as pictured and no wiring yet removed.

Fix 2 x downlights. I think it's an issue with the connection as we have new downlights to replace and still hasn't fixed it. One completely not working and one is flickering. Also qualified electricians only.
