10 x Down light installation for a double storey house with 4 holes pre-drilled already. Existing lights in the room with two switches, the house does not have access from the roof

Located in Deanside, I require a qualified sparky to install a ceiling fan in our spare bedroom. The fan is already supplied (Arlec black ceiling fan). I will need the current bedroom light removed and replaced with the fan as the fan has a light on it. Outdoor down lights will need to be installed by drilling holes through the pillars of the facade if the house. These have also been supplied. I have a colourbond roof and can easy be unscrewed to access through to the pillars. Please refer to images if you’re up for the job. Jobs can be priced separately if required

Motion sensor downlights not turning off (permanently on). Need an electrician to inspect. If it can be fixed easily, do that. If not, I’m happy to just disconnect these downlights (don’t need them).

The lighting in the bathroom is not working properly – it has become very dim, flickers frequently- see attached pictures. Need someone to check the 2 down lights (light bulbs) and replace if need be in the bathroom.

Install a supplied pendant light, remove another pendant light and swap over a downlight. All lights supplied. For the pendant use existing wall switch but add a wifi dimmer, supplied (photo, pls confirm its the correct one). I wfh on Wednesday, weekends and after 4 weekdays also available. Also troubleshoot a lighting switch problem (switch at bottom of stairs doesn't work as intended, I am told its a minor fix)

Downlight in wardrobe not working. Tried replacing with a working bulb, still doesnt work. Issue most likely with the holder or connection. Will require a licensed sparky.

The lights dangling. I tried replacing the bulb but it still won’t turn on.
