i need 2 downlights in each room, there are 4 rooms

Replacing 7 downlights, all are internal. Fixed fee. I don’t know what type they are.

Change over 20 clip in downlights, fittings provided just need own ladder

Hello, We are looking for a licensed NSW Electrician to attend our retail store, in Narellan Town Centre, to replace two faulty ceiling downlights. The Issue: Two recessed LED downlights at the front of our store have stopped working. The Job: The task is to replace the two faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the ceiling (a suitable ladder is required - ceiling height: 3.5 meters). 2. Diagnosing the fault for each light (e.g., failed LED unit or faulty driver). 3. Supplying and installing two new, suitable replacement LED downlights and/or drivers. 4. Ensuring the new lights' colour temperature and brightness match the other existing lights. 5. Testing the new lights to confirm they are fully operational. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a standard commercial ceiling height. - The contractor must be able to supply two standard replacement LED downlights and drivers. Needs to fix the bathroom heating light and one down light. Problem for heating light - does not light up , got new lights from Bunnings ( either connection issue on the heating light area or switch) and down light slightly different kind. The current setup uses a standard LED downlight with external driver. I live in an apartment and need 6 kitchen down lights replaced with Philips Hue or equivalent smart lights which I will purchase and have ready to swap in. Pictures of the current light and power source are attached but I’m not quite sure which smart lights are compatible so any suggestions are welcome.
