We have 9 frisbee disc lights installed across our 3 bedroom house and would like whole house replaced with downlights. (Kitchen, dining, laundry, living area, stairs, hallway, x3 bedrooms)

I need a licensed electrician to install 4 downlights in a bedroom and remove the existing 3 lights in the room. I then need 2 wall sconces to be repositioned in a second bedroom.

I need approximately 15 down lights replaced in my apartment. I require dimmable MR16 (GU5.3) LED globes, warm white 3000K, around 5–7W. 1- Laundry light switch is faulty it may needs a new switch mechanism or switch (see the 2nd photo). 2- Failed downlight in the dinning area. 3- Failed downlight at the top of the stair case. 4- Faulty tube (or possibly light fitting) in the stairwell to the garage. 5- Install an additional switch on the opposite site of the wall to where it is currently installed (see the 1st photo)

Remove 1 pendant light and make ready for patching, supply and install 4 downlights close to old pendant light (same room). The current setup uses a standard LED downlight with external driver. I live in an apartment and need 6 kitchen down lights replaced with Philips Hue or equivalent smart lights which I will purchase and have ready to swap in. Pictures of the current light and power source are attached but I’m not quite sure which smart lights are compatible so any suggestions are welcome. The garage has easily accessible manhole and the down lights are with plugs and will be replace with similar ones which I will provide.
