I am after quotes for an electrician to do an inspection on every switch, light, fan, power point, electrical security window rollers, and fix any that aren’t working so it’s ready to sell. It’s an old house and at a very minimum needs a room fan fixed (or replaced with a downlight) and multiple points and lights not working and potentially more hence why I need everything inspected. Some of the roller shutters also need to be fixed. There’s a fair bit of work so obviously I understand I will have to be flexible on the quote as there may be more issues then I’ve stated.
