We recently purchased a home and would like to get an electrical safety check done for peace of mind as its an older house ((1962)

There is no telephone line at the property we have started renting and we need to plug our modem in.

Water heater recess cover has fallen from the wall due to poor mounting points installed on the walls (from construction of the house a year ago). Recess cover has cracked into 2 pieces from falling due to heavy wind. I am needing help with patching the 2 pieces with epoxy glue (or something similar) and also help with fixing mounting points so that cover can hold on the wall

Posted before but I never followed it up. My reticulation stopped working . No power to the retic starter box or the controller. New ac adaptor purchased for the controller but still nothing. My fuse box is old School . Please see attached photos

Hi I’d like to replace my current lightings to led down light and would like to get a quote for replace and install plus the led lights. There are almost 15 of them needs to be replaced (3 of them are outdoors) We are planning to purchase a pendant light for our kitchen as well and would like to check if it will be cheaper to ask you to install this all together at once.
