The Issue: Two separate recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have stopped working. The Job: The task is to supply and install new replacements for both faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required). Approximate ceiling height 3 meters. 2. Diagnosing the fault for each light (likely a failed LED unit and/or driver). 3. Supplying and installing two new, suitable replacement LED downlights and/or drivers. 4. Ensuring the new lights' colour temperature and brightness match the other existing lights. 5. Testing the new lights to confirm they are fully operational. Please note: The successful contractor must be able to source and supply the correct replacement lights as part of their service. The cost of the new lights should be included in your offer. We have a GENTRAX GTX4200 Inverter Generator that recently won't start. We have been using it for maybe half a year. We have already tried replacing the spark plug (which was already replaced around a month ago - so might not be the issue). We reached out to the warranty provider and they suggested carburetor cleaning. We have been given instructions and attempted but could not progress far enough to take it out. Will include a picture. Alternatively, there is a chance we have added too much fuel and 'flooded' the carburetor (from researching online). We don't purposely tilt it but we are parked on an inclination. This was the video demonstration provided to the warranty provider so might as well attach it, if it helps https://streamable.com/4f2i4y **Update** Unscrewed the carby bowl to drain the fuel. Also did the spark plug test for ignition/spark (with it disconnected). Managed the get the generator running for about 30 seconds. However when starting it, it felt different than when it works properly. Choke position out, two pulls, almost seems like it will go but doesn't. Immediate tried choke position in and pull and it runs. After about 10s there will be unusual 'putt' noises before the red signal and it turns itself off, along with a last puff of smoke and bad smell. We have sprayed 'Start ya bastard' - removed the bowl and sprayed into that entrance. Choke position out, 1st pull, seemed to almost start, pushed the choke in and it started to run. but again, for only 30s with similar observations. We are in Chapel Hill, but we are able to come to you with the generator and also flexible with the time (including evening).
