I have a tenanted unit in Leonard Avenue Surfers Paradise. Parking is available on site. Access can be arranged directly with the tenant. I have a warranty replacement Rangehood that needs to be swapped over. The new rangehood exact same model. Just needs mounting and plugging into the existing GPO. No modifications to joinery required. I also need a dishwasher swapped out. Both the existing and the new are a standard 60 cm freestanding style which will slide in & out with no modifications to the joinery. Connection of hoses required but no hard plumbing or electrical required. The Rangehood is already on site. The dishwasher however will need picking up from Meadowbrook before going to site. Please include this pick up and delivery in your quote.
