I will provide the replacement bulbs, you just need to supply the new led downlights. The bulbs are 13w 827 bulbs for all light fixtures except the flourscent light fixtures 28W/840 Would like this done on Wed 27th august. based in Subiaco and can provide parking.

Small amount of patching/plastering to be done over chasing into brick wall for electrical conduits and around 1 or 2 lights switches. Probably about 4 or so hours work all up, but obviously will need to be done over a few days for each stage to dry. Must have experience with older houses as the brickwork/surrounding plaster is fragile. To be done/started ASAP 🙏🏼
