I have automatic garage door (panel, single garage door), 15 years old, Tri-Tran, working perfectly, physical remote. I need that to be a smart one without changing the motor and also give me 2 physical remote.

Need the timber slats on the garage door and two gates sanded/prepped and re-oiled. Some areas are faded/weathered as shown in photos. Happy to supply the oil or for you to supply it. Please bring sanding tools/equipment.

😬 Garage Door -0 ~ Nissan Patrol -1 I had a tiny driving mishap and reversed into my garage door while it was almost fully open. I’ve managed to slowly drive back into the bottom sectional and slightly bend the middle 🤦‍♀️ The good news is the door is still opening and closing normally, but the bottom panel has developed a little buckle/dip in the middle. Looking for someone experienced with garage doors to come and have a look, straighten/repair it if possible. The door is fully functional so flexible on repair dates.

Looking to replace current swinging garage doors with new glass doors. Would need to be customised as the height is 1.78m and the width is 2.8m. The space needs to be fully enclosed. The intention is to have a fully enclosed space that is weather proof that lets more light in. Happy to explore different options.

We have a task to replace 6 Garage doors in a block of industrial units. We just need someone to install the doors. The new doors do have electric controllers, but we do not need the controllers to be installed. Happy with the manual operation at this time. Each door is 3600 W x 4300 H Your job is to remove the existing garage doors prior to installation and install the new ones. You can quote to dispose of the ole doors all as well, but we are prepared to take care of that part of the task. You can leave the old doors on site.

Fix my garage door, won’t open & close! Code 2x Remotes..

I’ve recently had a panel lift/sectional garage door retrofitted to my garage in Carindale. Because the garage wasn’t originally set up for this type of door, there weren’t suitable fixing points in the ceiling where the installer needed to attach the overhead tracks/brackets. The garage door company is coming back to rectify the installation, but before they return I’d like suitable structural fixing points installed above the ceiling. There is good access to the roof/ceiling space via a manhole, with plenty of room to work. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/framer who can assess the existing roof/ceiling framing and install appropriate timber blocking/noggins or other suitable structural framing at the required locations, so the garage door installer has solid fixing points for their brackets. I can provide photos and indicate where the garage door brackets/fixing points need to be located. Location: Carindale, QLD Timing: Ideally completed before the garage door company returns. Please bring the appropriate timber, fixings and tools. When responding, please let me know if you have experience with roof/ceiling framing or preparing fixing points for garage doors.

Old 1980s one-piece tilt garage door with strong extension springs/jamb fittings. I’m removing the door myself for renovations. I only need someone experienced with old tilt garage doors to safely de-tension and remove both counterbalance springs and confirm there is no remaining spring load. No full door removal or disposal required. Please only offer if you have specific garage-door spring / tilt-door experience. Early morning preference on Sunday 13/9/26

The garage door needs alignment and one bar need to be straighten

Must be done ASAP (Thursday 3 September) 5 minute job Garage door motor not working and technician is coming tomorrow to fix it. I just want to close the garage door overnight. It will need to be done manually using the emergency release and then lowering the door on the tracks. Not a difficult job, just something I'm not comfortable doing myself. Double garage tilt door. Springs are intact. As long as you try to close it manually, you will still get paid even if there is an unforeseen issue that stops the door from closing.

TMT automation Garage door was pulled down manually while electricity was out. Later we tried to reset pulley and turn it on...motor unit keeps saying SF and wouldn't work.

Just discovered 4 spiders (3 red back and 1 unidentified black spider living behind a web) on our garage door and would love someone to come and kill them humanely by squishing them and then to clean up the webs. Hopefully today if possible.

Locksmith to replace broken deadbolt and rekey to existing key. Require similar to style shown with a long bolt.
