The chain on my garage door has come off and I need someone to put it back on and make sure the door is working properly again. I’m not sure how to do it myself, so I’m looking for someone experienced with garage doors. ( bring small ladder and tools)

We have a large roller garage door with an uneven concrete floor underneath it, which is leaving a gap underneath the door when closed. We are looking for someone to fill/build up and level the low areas of the concrete so the gap is reduced and supply all materials required for the concrete/filling work. Install a garage door floor/threshold seal across the bottom once the area has been levelled. I already have the garage door seal and will supply this. You will need to provide the concrete/levelling materials, adhesive/fixings if required, and all tools/equipment needed to complete the job. I need someone experienced with metal gate repairs and welding to repair the hinge on my driveway gate. The gate is a heavy metal/steel gate. One of the hinges has become loose/damaged around the mounting/welded area, causing the gate to sag and not sit properly. My garage door slipped the railing all of a sudden and got damaged. As a result the door can no longer open/close properly. The attached images should be sufficient enough to show the damage. Would appreciate if I could get this fixed/replaced in the coming days.

Must be done ASAP (Thursday 3 September) 5 minute job Garage door motor not working and technician is coming tomorrow to fix it. I just want to close the garage door overnight. It will need to be done manually using the emergency release and then lowering the door on the tracks. Not a difficult job, just something I'm not comfortable doing myself. Double garage tilt door. Springs are intact. As long as you try to close it manually, you will still get paid even if there is an unforeseen issue that stops the door from closing.

TMT automation Garage door was pulled down manually while electricity was out. Later we tried to reset pulley and turn it on...motor unit keeps saying SF and wouldn't work.

Just discovered 4 spiders (3 red back and 1 unidentified black spider living behind a web) on our garage door and would love someone to come and kill them humanely by squishing them and then to clean up the webs. Hopefully today if possible.

Garage door is closing but struggles to open

Needing a back garage side door replaced and installed. ( need door supplied will pay extra for door ) Need bathroom door handle replaced ( have door handle )

Had this installed 2 months ago. This is the second time to the opener trolley has disconnected and now does not seem to be lining up properly with the piece below it, so it keeps repetitively disconnecting when we line them up. Needing someone to fix it and then show me how to fix this as it keeps happening.

One side the garage door railing seems to be loose! It still works but it needs fixing!
