Fix the ceiling issue for a single story house in Craigieburn

Need someone to have a look at a roller door that hard to open or close. It gets jammed up at the top when closing using the remote opener. Note that the previous installation did not put a weight bar to assist but could also be the rails may have moved. Update: From the inside, it looks like the right side is getting stuck and slightly derailing.

I have a single roller door and a chamberlain DIY motor garage door kit from Bunnings. I need somebody to come and install it for me. There is clearance to install the motor and easy access to the garage from the street + space in the garage. The only thing to note is that the bolts were released while the door was down, so it is not currently rolling up properly which will need to be addressed before installation Thanks

As per photos current door is falling apart so need someone to Supply and Install Primed Door (including installation of door handle with key locks - you'll need to supply but happy to use existing locks from the old door if that will work). It is the side door entry to my garage. Not sure how much it will cost so give me a quote. Looking for a cheap solution / option for a door that I rarely use and do not care about it aestethically. Automatic garage door has stopped working properly like it should after a car reversing into it slightly. The garage door works but is sometimes interrupted. We tried to fix ourselves and might have caused it more issues. Could also be really simple fix

One extension spring on my tilt garage door has fully detached — the spring, anchor bolt, washer and rubber bumper have come off at the top anchor point and the spring is sitting on the floor. The opposite side is intact and working, so there’s a reference to match against. Need someone experienced with garage door springs to: • Supply/match correct anchor hardware (part-thread hex bolt, mudguard washer, nyloc nut) etc • Refit and tension safely, door open/supported • Check the working side too, since springs are a matched-age pair Appears as though the bolt has bent and come loose, spring and frame appear to have no damage. Just needs to be reattached

We have a Steel Line automatic garage/roller door that has become stuck in programming mode after pressing buttons on the control unit to try get it to stop beeping for a service it got stuck in program mode. The system is now flashing a “4” and the door will not operate correctly. The motor is not broken as were were able to get to go up and down with the + and - but can’t get it out of program mode. It’s making noise but the door is not completing any movement cycles and appears to be stuck in setup/learn mode. We have already tried basic resets including power cycling, but the issue has not resolved. What we need: * Someone experienced with garage/roller door motors (preferably Steel Line systems) * Reset/exit programming mode * Recalibrate or reprogram travel limits if required * Ensure door is fully operational again Details: * Door currently not functioning properly * Motor still powered and making noise Looking for someone who can attend as soon as possible and fix the issue. ⸻

One of the hinges on the garage door appears to be broken. This needs to be replaced and the gaps between the frames need to be tightened.
