The job includes: * Confirming the correct seal type. * Supplying the seal and any required materials. * Removing the existing seal. * Installing and adjusting the new seal.

Needs to reset and reprogramming the motor as the door open and close only manually.

I have tried coding 3 new ones, no luck. The spare died, one still works.

Please send through offers. Job obviously not for $10 😝 Need someone experienced with sectional/panel lift garage doors to repair an Ultralift garage door. One of the lift cables has detached completely from the drum/bracket area. The cable does not appear snapped, but the door is currently not being operated for safety reasons and will likely need the cable reattached, door re-tensioned/aligned and checked over. Door is currently closed. Please only quote if experienced with garage door repairs and torsion spring systems. Located in Revesby NSW. From my understanding this should hopefully be a fairly standard repair if no additional parts are damaged
