My sectional garage door has stopped working. The cables on both sides have come loose and need to be re wound and adjusted. I need someone to check the drums, shaft and spring tension, then re‑align and balance the door so it operates smoothly again.

New garage door required - supply and install After the highest and widest option, that is also economical, ie sectional vs external roller. Current opening is 5280x2000 at low point. Can reduce door width to get closer to 2200 high door.

The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.
