One of the lift cables has detached completely from the drum/bracket area. The cable does not appear snapped, but the door is currently not being operated for safety reasons and will likely need the cable reattached, door re-tensioned/aligned and checked over. Installed a new garage/gate motor, but it appears the installation was not completed properly and the system is not operating correctly.
