It works well overall, but it feels heavy in manual mode and there is some rattling after I lubricated the rollers. It was last serviced 11 months ago. Light installation on backyard wall Garage door switch replacement

Garage door keep opening and closing when I try to open and close. Doesn't work properly. Also need to fix remote, doesn't work properly.

The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.

This is for my pensioner mother who recently lost her husband (my father) and is also battling cancer. I need this done on the cheaper side of possible. Third Garage Door opener in 10 years. It just won't power up any more. I have tried all troubleshooting/diagnostics in the manual. Had someone come out earlier in the year and they said its a blown motor. Now im being told otherwise. My garage door is stuck and will not open or close. The door is currently partially open (see attached photo) and appears to be jammed. I noticed that the cable on the left-hand side has snapped, which I believe is preventing the door from operating properly. Garage door wont open, we noticed the left spring has snapped in two, right spring looks okay.
