Need help to replace 6 hardwired down lights with plug bases

Hi all, Needing a quote to install around 50 downlights, replace around 5 old style, Replace an old school light switch and 2 power points House is double story however originally 1 story. Certificate of compliance required

Total number of downlights: 59 Most are existing MR16 downlights, requiring transformer removal and re-wiring to plug-in LED downlights. 4 oyster lights to be changed to downlights. Note: one of these oysters is on a double switch with a fault - the switch needs replacement. 1 ceiling fan with light to be removed, and the switch replaced with a standard light switch. 18 new downlight holes to be cut and wired. Additional work: - Replace range hood bulb. - Replace external flood light with sensor. - Disconnect a sensor in the rear bedroom. Notes: Downlights and plugs will be supplied by me. Switches, flood light, and range hood bulb – we can discuss these on the day. You can supply them (with invoice) or I can purchase them once you advise what's needed. Please exclude material supply costs (other than cabling) from your quote. Your quote should include: Total labour for the entire task + Airtasker fee

The downlight in my bathroom is flickering Not sure if the bulb needs to be changed or if it’s something to do with the wiring

We currently has 40 downlight fixtures installed in the ceiling. The ceiling already has existing cut-out holes from the previous lighting setup. We are requesting an electrician to replace the existing lights with new LED downlights of the same size and type. No new holes are required — only removal of the old fittings and installation of new ones. Scope of Work: • Remove and safely dispose of 40 existing downlights • Install 40 new LED downlights into existing ceiling cutouts • Connect all fittings to existing electrical circuits • Test and ensure all lighting functions properly and complies with safety standards

Hi,I have four downlights in my bedroom, and one of them has stopped working. I tested the light by swapping it to another position, and it works fine, so the bulb itself isn’t the issue. I also replaced the transformer, but that didn’t fix the problem, so it’s likely something else causing it. The other three lights are working perfectly. Please provide me with a quote that includes diagnosing the issue and fixing the light, including both labour and material costs.

Bathroom downlight not working. Replaced bulb, no difference. Sometimes when the switch is turned on, the light flickers. Have tried reseating into socket. May be issue with transformer? The cable is connected to SAL Mini Electronic Transformer.
