Find local downlights installers in NSW

2 out of the 3 LED downlights in my kitchen are not working. One is completely off and the other one seems to be slowly turning on and off repeatedly. They need particular types of light globes, which are 50mm wide and 55mm high. 12V 6W 500lm I currently don’t have the globes and need someone to supply them, plus change them please. I live by myself and don’t want to make a mistake and do things wrong when it comes to electrics. One of the downlights seems to be stuck in the ceiling and I can’t get it out. So we need an elextrician to fix the balcony lights (there is a short circuit) and replace around 6 downlights.

Install two down lights (refer to picture) over “gyprock ceiling” with a switch. There are power connections on top of the ceiling.

As in description, remove fluorescent light and install down light. Would be open to two downlights if necessary but the space is small, so I think one would be enough. I’ve included a photo of the type of downlight I would like installed to match others around the unit.
