Find local downlights installers in NSW

Two recessed LED downlights (the larger type) in my living room have stopped working. The smaller downlights on the same switch and ceiling still work fine, so most likely the integrated fittings/drivers have failed. Looking for a licensed electrician to supply and replace both - happy to go with standard warm-white (3000K) LED downlights you recommend. Flexible on timing this week. Please quote total including call-out and parts.

My outdoor sensor light which is controlled by a switch is turning off and on at night unexpectedly even when switch is off. When it is switched off, it still turns on/off and there is no way of turning it off at night. I believe it might be a faulty switch or sensor.

The downlights are connected to a shelly dimmers on ceiling space ( shelly dimmers can be accessed via the downlight hole). 2 of the shelly dimmers needing replacing. The new dimmers are available. Needing electrician to replace the dimmers. Also replace a wall switch ( switch provided)

Recessed halogen light not working and it's not the bulb (tried replacing that and still not working). I have bought the electronic transformer and need someone to replace the transformer (which is above the ceiling)
