This is a straightforward job involving the replacement of ONE light fitting only (a single Lexi Lighting fixture with multiple arms, 6 x E27). Existing wiring is already in place, and I will provide the mounting bracket, instructions, and all required bulbs. The job may involve some minor drilling into the ceiling to secure the new bracket. Scope includes removing the existing fitting, installing and mounting the new light, connecting the wiring, and testing to ensure everything is working properly. Please confirm you are a licensed electrician when quoting. If the job is done well, there is potential for further work in the future. Note: I have a ladder available.

Remove existing skylight and install new FAKRO FX 304 fixed skylight (24/38 size) with matching FAKRO EH-A 304 flashing kit (for profiled roofing). Rough opening is approximately 568mm x 957mm, so should be a straight replacement. The house is single storey abd skylight is located in bathroom Job includes removal and disposal of old skylight, installation of new unit and flashing as per manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper waterproofing and sealing. Roof is profiled concrete tiles, so experience with FAKRO or similar skylight systems is preferred. Must ensure unit is installed level, flashing correctly integrated with roofing, and left fully watertight. Make good any disturbed roofing/ceiling areas if required. Please only apply if you have prior skylight installation experience.
