Have existing roofing over decking, it leaks, it’s just a plastic roof. Need something up to date. Might need gutters around roof patched up from leaks also.

Preparing our property in Little Jilliby for sale and looking for someone experienced in deck restoration to freshen up two existing timber deck/verandah areas. The decks are generally in serviceable condition, but the existing finish is weathered and faded and needs refreshing. Scope: * Clean/pressure wash both timber deck areas * Prepare surfaces properly before staining * Light sanding where required, particularly weathered or uneven areas * Apply suitable exterior decking stain/oil, likely 2 coats * Achieve a clean, consistent finish suitable for presenting the property for sale * Protect surrounding walls, doors, posts and other surfaces * Clean up on completion * Flag any damaged/rotten boards requiring repair before undertaking additional work One area is a large covered timber verandah running along the house; the other is a pine deck. $900 budget is for labour and equipment. Decking stain/oil and agreed materials will be paid separately. I can purchase materials based on your recommendation. Looking for someone with experience preparing and refinishing timber decks who can complete the work within the next week.

I can’t physically do this myself and don’t have the tools or expertise. Both 30m deck and pergola frame require pressure washing/sanding and I am open to whether stain or natural will provide better longer term protection.

We have a covered deck over a workshop below. With a an occasional strong wind rain is blown in onto the deck which drips down into workshop underneath. We have trialed caulking some boards and it work quite well. So we have 16 boards each 7200mm long with a 3mm gap that need caulking. I am looking for an experienced tradesperson or handyman to grind back 2 x concrete footings to allow for new deck joists and bearers to be installed. Approx 2 hours work maybe less. The current footings are slightly in the way of the desired framing layout. I need them trimmed back/made tidy to be as flush/small as possible without compromising the structural integrity of the footing itself. Scope of work: Grind or chip away excess concrete from specific footing edges. Ensure the finish is neat and tidy. Must be done carefully to maintain the structural strength of the remaining concrete. Sand timber screens/railings and paint with deck oil. Easy to access from both sides. I have the deck oil ready to go (Cabot's Aquadeck). Quick drying - 2 x coats.

After someone to clean and oil a deck and privacy screen. I've got the deck oil (Cabot's Aquadeck), decking brush, tray and pressure washer all good to go. So you do not need to bring anything - simply show up and get it done. Likely need to do over two days - one to clean, then other day to return once dry to apply the oil.

I need two sets of stairs and a small deck landing sanded. They need to be finished ready to be oiled. Oiling is not required, just the sanding. Wood is blackbutt. 1 set of stairs has 13 treads, the stringer edge and a small landing 1m x 1m, the other set has 10 treads only.
