Deck staining and sealing

Looking for quotes on this. Both the deck and balustrades need a pressure wash, deck wash/scrub with Intergrain UltraPrep Timber Cleaner, then a sand and then 2x coats of Natural Colour UltraDeck. Deck size is approx 66.5 square meters. Balustrades are all around the deck as pictured. Job completer/quoter would need to include all materials like the deck oil, cleaner and use of their own sander, applicator etc. I've put the $1k budget just as a starting point as I know the materials alone will be expensive, so open to offers or negotiations.
