Remove a glued down/screwed in booth & table off a nightclub smokers deck. Dispose of all pieces off site. Sand & stain where booth was previously (no glue remnants). Also looking for an entire deck refresh with a stain in the future. This is an LGBTQIA+ nightclub so must be queer friendly.

All materials supplied pull up old deck & replace

Wooden deck. The shaded area is about 3x7 and in relatively good shape. The unshaded area about 3x4 and a bit more weathered. Looks like it needs a clean, sand and treatment. We know the materials previously used (see photo) Backyard, easy access. Open to options (eg do it all in a day or over two days around other jobs while it dries) - we have two dogs and a toddler though. Also happy to help a bit to quicken it up but just would need to know in advance your plan. Could be open to a discussion on touching up the chairs as well if it's a complimentary job but a secondary issue - please quote for the deck. Home decking at alfresco area. Approximately 4x3 metres rectangle. No inground footing or posts will be required. Timber joists and frame with ecodeck decking panels. Happy to organise all the materials once I confirm that I am ordering the right amount etc with you. So quote will be labour costs only. Deck should be levelled to existing concrete alfresco. I need help cutting down a mature Boxelder tree and removing the old deck built around it. Insurance Required: Because some branches extend over towards the neighbour's property, taskers must hold public liability insurance to ensure safe operations. Tree Removal: Chop down the tree safely. The main trunk and larger logs should be cut into manageable firewood lengths and left on-site (I am keeping the firewood). Green Waste: The fine branches, twigs, and leftover green waste not suitable for firewood must be taken away and disposed of. Deck Removal: Dismantle and clear away the old deck.
