LABOUR ONLY: Looking for an experienced deck builder or carpenter to assemble and install a small Ecodeck composite platform. I've expanded my shipping container house to connect with the main house. This is the last piece of the deck that needs to be installed. OVERVIEW: Platform dimensions: 2.7 m × 4 m Material: Ecodeck Designer Series composite decking (137 mm × 23 mm × 5.4 m) Finish: Picture-frame edge + one matching step Height: ~150–200 mm (ground-level platform) Details: • All boards, joists, clips, and fixings supplied • Ground-level platform (~150 mm high) on level base • Includes a picture-frame border for a clean edge finish • Includes TWO composite step approx (200 mm H × 1200 mm W × 800 mm D) framed in treated pine • Hidden clip system (QuickFix) installation • Must bring own tools and ensure frame is square, level, and correctly spaced (400 mm centres) Experienced composite deck builders preferred — please include examples or reviews of similar work. This small area of timber deck path and screen has some wear and tear and needs to be sanded and re-sealed. We have some existing Cabot’s Aquadeck product that was used on it originally, but more may be needed (?).

Supply and install timber decking for my 75 yr old mum. She’s in a ground floor unit at North Haven with easy access thru garage. Need quote for finished/oiled AND unfinished (just sanded) for BOTH 26sq m and 40sq m So I can decide if we can get the larger or smaller area done.

Seeking someone to clean and paint our deck. There is one spot specifically that has been damaged by a chlorine leak so it might require a bit of sanding and potentially a bit of special care.
