Find experienced deck builders in Central Coast

We are looking to have some stairs and small deck built to access our swim spa, similar to attached image.

I need to get quotes for a handyman to blast / jet wash the old deck and sand a little as it has to be varnished the same colour as the new deck when it's in by the end of November. Please see the new deck illustration attached. 49.45sqm of deck but 12sqm of that (small purple area) will be new treated pine so just needs to be colour matched to the Wood Evo. The old deck (grey area) will need to be jet washed and then painted the wood eco colour match (which is much darker). We will source the exact colour and will get the paint so no need to source that yourselves. The additional old deck at the front of house up to front door will need a jet wash and painting too - this is a 5sqm path . Canto (the air bnb I own) will be open again 28th Nov so all work will need to be done early that week so it's all dry and ready for re-open as a 'wellness retreat'. $40 per metre squared seems reasonable?

Medium deck. Needs 4 beams full replaced (square wooden beams) & stars need to be knocked down, & removed from propert, rotted wood etc. needs to be sturdy. Asap please any day of this week

Deck to be erected off the back of my house and under existing Patio. Deck size will be 3m wide x 7.2m long OR 21.6 square metres in total. It needs to be approximately 15cm off the ground. I can supply the decking boards?

I need some rotten decking boards replaced. These are seriously big boards 35x140mm (wharf style) wth s/s bugel screws. New replacement Decking boards are onsite so no need to supply. It’s only about 5-7 boards but the old bugles and boards will need to be cut out. Need to have the right tools and experience for this job.. Must be done by Wednesday afternoon. You need to supply the s/s bugles

Looking for someone to sand our hard wood deck 23 square metres in size

My deck internal roof panels have bowed in one section and needs to be cut allowing for an expansion joint. Have removed two panels already, just need to cut one down to allow for an expansion joint and nail back up. Can assist as a second pair of hands.

One of our deck joists is partly rotting, and needs cutting out and replacing. This has been done successfully several times on other joists that can be seen from underneath. I also need one decking plank laying.

The house was recently painted, however we just removed the back patio to renovate and the eaves under where the patio roof was need to be cleaned and painted to match the rest of the house. REPOSTING - Seeking to sand and coat between 21-26 August - 4yo 12m x 3m Pine Deck, needs sanding- feel free to quote sealing coats too. Easy access, I just need to remove furniture first. We AirBNB the property, so would just need to pick a time that is good weather and free. Between 22-26 August works for now.
