Needing someone with advanced understanding of home Wi-Fi optimisation. Currently have a 500/50 plan on the Opticomm network and using a TP-Link Deco Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 AXE5400 system, however still sometimes getting slow speeds. Trying to find optimised placement, as well as avoiding signal loss, interference (live in a townhouse complex with lots of other Wi-Fi noise). Needing to ensure the backhauling feature is also working correctly. Unfortunately ethernet wiring is extreemly limited and I don't think more can be added from the access point in the garage (ceiling crawl space is VERY narrow). Please only apply/ contact if you have VERY advanced understanding of Wi-Fi optimisation/ diagnostics and experience with placement. Would suit a networking specialist and/ or network electrician.

I have recently installed a new modem/internet service and had my printer working from it. It stopped working and I have tried to reconnect it but it is not working. on my laptop it says "Driver unavailable" On the printer it doesn't show "printer" only Fax and copy.
Luke was very helpful and kept me informed about his arrival time. He patiently worked to reconnect my printer although it was being difficult. I highly recommend Luke to anyone seeking help with their technology. He was sympathetic to my age (I'm a senior citizen) and didn't try to bamboozle me with jargon.

I’ve bought a Brother printer MFC-L8390CDW - instructions on hand I’ve followed all the instructions numerous times but can’t get the printer to add to the app also it seems to connect to the WiFi successfully then down the track it tells me it’s not connected so would like someone who is good at setting these up to help me I’d prefer someone to come today afternoon/evening but tomorrow morning would be fine - I need to print an email for Christmas present to be given Tuesday
