I have two ethernet wall points in my daughter‘s room as I moved her desk and so I had someone move the ethernet cable that went into the back of one point and move it over to the other about a year or so ago. We have now rearranged her room and the desk is in front of the second wall point which is not connected so I would like the connection to be moved please. The distance from one wall point to the other is about 3 m just from one wall to another. No hardware needs to be supplied as everything is already there.

I need a computer /tech pro to help me reconnect certain devices to my wifi - eg. Televisions/printer/sonos/Arlo security base station as recently these several devices have become unable to connect. They all stopped working approximately the time time. Other devices are connected?
