I have about 4 old hard drives that contain photos which I would like to upload to iCloud, however they are configured for a Mac but I currently own a PC. I know it’s possible to change this - I just don’t know how. I’d also like to reset my laptop. The OneDrive is currently in my ex-husband’s name and linked to an old work email account of his that he no longer has access to. As a result, I can’t seem to link my Microsoft 365 that’s on my phone to my laptop (I used to be able to - I’m not sure what’s happened!). Basically I’m a Luddite and require someone to help me streamline my laptop so that I know everything syncs with my phone, so I can reduce digital dress and just get on with things!! Also, when I turn on my laptop I’d like to see my name, not my ex-husband’s old business name, etc. - Due date: Flexible

My Mac issue to be fixed Flexible on dates but ideally by 16 Jan -Mac won’t mount internal HD Measures I have already tried to fix it -I was able to initially fix an over data capacity issue that stopped it from working. I deleted a lot of space (half of the total GB of memory space from memory),, installed a new version of OS and then did a Time Machine backup it worked fine for a bit -however the Mac had additional issues but similar in how it wouldn’t load properly after entering my login it would load for a long time but not get anywhere -when I try entering into single user mode now it won’t recognise the commands to force mount the HD -when I tried entering into recovery mode i was able to reconnect the wifi and change the date and time. However when I then try clicking on the recovery option it just continues loading and not getting anywhere further from there. I also tried to click on the ‘install from Time Machine backup ‘ option on a seperate occasion and didn’t move past loading. Previously I had been able to get into these areas when the initial over data capacity issue occurred. I’m thinking there is either a corrupt file or program/something or a software/hardware issue that might be causing these issues. I have a Time Machine backup on an external HD so I had been hoping to reformat my Mac and reinstall the backup. Could you please advise a quote and or whether you might be able to fix my Mac? My Mac (only 12 months old) did an auto update earlier this week. Since then the computer is VERY slow to come to life. Further, my Office 365 programs are taking more than 30 -60 minutes to open. Office 365 is up to date.

Have a Canon PIXMA HOME TS5060 that I need connecting to my Acer Aspire 7 Laptop. I had it all setup when I got it, then I switched the Printer off at the PowerPoint for a period of time and now I cannot get it to connect again.
