Small business with a D-Link Router plus 5 x Netgear EAX12 100AUS Extenders (access points) across office space. Having ongoing issues with internet dropping out/not able to connect in certain areas (specific extenders) and employees having difficulty logging onto wifi (regular browser warnings pop-up stating internet connection either not secure despite WPA2 or & WPA3 security settings, or need to reconfigure extender settings). Have attempted multiple times to discuss directly with Netgear however service is poor (international personel) and cannot help online). Office space located in Surry Hills - paid 2 hr loading zone street parking available at front of office, otherwise regular 2 hr meter parking throughout Surry Hills. Hi there, I need some help at my office in Surry Hills. There is a TV which I need some troubleshooting done on as it is flickering and clients can't connect. You will need to bring in your personal laptop with a HDMI connection (the HDMI cable is already in the TV) to see if you can connect to the TV. Minor troubleshooting like checking cables are connected and checking the network settings on the TV are correct. Hopefully it is a minor issue but if it can't be fixed I would need someone to pick up a new TV at JB hi-fi in Moore Park. I would arrange for Click and Collect for this. Then to take it back to the studio and to set-up and connect it. I also need three other TV's in the office to be double checked just to make sure they don't have any network connection issues. The rate quoted is to cover up to 2 hours any additional hours will be paid at $40 per hour extra. This task can be done anytime from now up until the end of the day tomorrow, Thursday 26th January. Hi - my son has commenced building his gaming PC. He has got things working and installed Windows 10 but the monitor doesnt want to connect. This task is to check that it has been built correctly and to get it all working OK.

We require an IT expert who is familiar with Windows and Google Suite to troubleshoot why a microphone is not working on a Windows laptop. Based on previous troubleshooting attempts, the laptop is likely to require a full re installation of Windows along with a set of provided software and configurations (including but not limited to office, connection to internal intranet, bitlocker, antivirus etc). Must be onsite to do the work and sign an NDA.

TPG have advised there are devices on our WiFi which are using a lot of data and slowing our internet service. We need to know which ones they are to improve connection speeds. We also have 2 Mac laptops, one 3 years old and the other 3 weeks old. Both computers have trouble connecting to WiFi and LAN. Unfortunately this happens inconsistently and we would like to find out why. We are looking someone thorough who can carefully check all possible scenarios to find out why we are having problems. You must be prepared to get under our house if necessary. If you have a proven track record of resolving these sorts of issues in the past we would like to work with you.
