A NetComm NF20MESH is commonly used, but a comparable model from a reputable brand is fine. The technician will need to: * Purchase the replacement modem/router and keep the receipt—the hardware cost will be reimbursed separately. * Replace and configure the existing router using the Dodo connection details provided. * Confirm the internet and Wi-Fi are working correctly. * Reconnect the Yealink T54W desktop phone to Wi-Fi. * Confirm the phone automatically registers and test incoming and outgoing calls. * Confirm the existing Yealink DECT handsets remain operational.
