The paper blockage is possibly caused by a cotton bud falling down the paper feed. Although under warranty, Epson’s registered repairers are only at Victor Harbor, Murray Bridge or Nurioopta. We cannot remove the back of the printer to see if this is the problem.Other recommended fixes for paper jams haven’t helped.

Apple MacBook Pro 2017 MacBook Screen Repair – Lines at Top of Screen I’m looking for someone experienced with MacBook repairs to diagnose and hopefully fix my 2017 MacBook. The screen has lines appearing at the top, but the display works normally when the screen is positioned at certain angles, especially when the lid is almost closed. I suspect it could be a display/flex cable or connection issue. What I need: * Diagnose the problem * Repair the screen/cable if possible * Ideally avoid replacing the entire screen if it’s just a cable or connection issue Please only apply if you have experience repairing MacBooks and can explain what you think the issue is. We are currently using Vision FTTB (TPG FTTB). An NBN technician has attended the site and provisioned a new port (see attached photo). We are looking for a network technician to assist with migrating our internet service from the existing FTTB connection to NBN. The NBN service is configured as IPoE (Dynamic IP) over VDSL.
