Have tried two Different wifi modems connecting directly to the nbn box, have tried all troubleshooting and have had no help from internet providers thinking that it is something to do with the actual nbn box

I have a Synology NAS with around 6TB of family photos and videos that I need transferred to a new TrueNAS NAS. I've tried this over my LAN many times but it keeps failing about half way through. No corruption is apparent. I need immich set up including getting it working on my phone for backups.
