We've just installed a new NBN box and modem from Exetel into our apartment in Kings Beach but it's not working. We're based in Brisbane so unable to get to the apartment any time soon to sort it out. I have a TP Link Router which has been working for about 3 weeks. Something has changed in the last 24 hours unable to access net. I have checked with Optus who after 40 mins tell me nothing wrong with their line connection. I did have a Google Nest on while out yesterday and it dropped out. I think the router has to be reset somehow?? All of the 5 operating lights are on but "Internet'" light not on .

We have an existing NBN router supplied by Optus that is giving us extremely poor down load and upload times. When doing quite a bit of research it was suggested and we have purchased a TP Link AC 1600 Wireless Gigabit VoIP VDSL/ADSL Modem Router Archer VR 600 v This is NBN ready FTTN/FTTB/FTTH/FTTP Need a price to remove old router and install new router, then ensure compatability works with 2 smart TV's and hopefully reception speed is increased
