I have had my TP Link Mesh Network working for some time, however, I have changed my modem location and can’t seem to get it all working. It could be a quick job for someone who knows what they are doing, however, after spending time on the phone with support and not knowing what to do, I feel best to pass it on to someone else more tech inclined.

Customer called on behalf of her elderly neighbor, who has been without phone service for approximately two weeks. An NBN technician visited earlier today and confirmed that the NBN connection was working properly. The customer suspects that the issue may be with the neighbor’s telephone or modem. She explained that the neighbor lives alone and is partially blind, and requested a technician to visit, inspect the equipment, and determine the cause of the issue.
