Matt asked me for more money twice [which I gave him], he did ssome work here and then advised he would do the rest remotely. I rang him and told him he could start that night and his reply was "I am not doing any more' and then asked me to make sure i released the money, he left me with no alternatives. I am now left with half a job done. Please do not let this man touch your computer you will be ripped off like I have been!!!!!

Despite repeated tries, the installation runs to about 60% complete and then fails. The error that comes up is: Windows could not configure one or more system components I have tried several different ways to fix this but am unable to make it work so far. I have no IT experience and have spent a lot of time trying to follow Youtube instructions, but haven't been able to figure it out. I need an experienced person to get this successfully installed. I'm not sure if this can be done remotely "online", or if if has to be done with the physical laptop? I have selected "Online", but this may not be the case.
