Have just started using an old Seagate Expansion 5TB external drive for a plex library but some of my folders all of a sudden the other day show less stuff on my 2013 iMac and on my 2018 HP spectre laptop windows says when i click on certain folders: “is not accessible” “The file or directory is corrupted and not readable”. Id really like to be able to save all the data if possible. I have some knowledge of IT stuff but i just don’t feel like I have time at the moment to sort it. Looking for someone who has recovered data before either these kinds of error messages/issues. I can potentially do some of the work (eg: copying the data). More just want someone to help with the errors/getting to a point of being able to copy stuff to a new drive. Other factors: was using an app on the iMac called Mounty to be able to write to the NTFs formatted drive.

Hi there, I’m a small business owner that runs my business off my laptop (remote office). I have Microsoft Office Basic on a laptop that I’ve used as a primary laptop, but I think it’s time to change laptops and add another travel unit. Would prefer is someone is able to assist in person rather than online.

New computer. Somehow got OneDrive. Havoc! Can't print, can't save. Uninstalled OneDrive. Problems persist. Uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2016. Made no difference. I am not tech savvy. Need someone to come to fix this problem that is well known. Somehow MS has not got a sloution yet.
