Our Internet went down on Monday. I haven’t been able to get up and running since and it’s still not able to load phoned the company but I’m sure on what they’re expecting me to do from my end so I need someone that is tec savvy to see if they can help

Simple task: the Ethernet cable port has fallen inside the wall so the Ethernet cable isn't able to be plugged in. Need someone with the right tools to take it out and plug it again.
