Need help setting up mesh and internet in dead spot

We have fast internet coming into our Google Nest(500-750mbps), but the internet is very unreliable even with 3 Google Nest’s around the apartment. We struggle on calls for work and can’t understand why. We have most Sonos working in the apartment but there are two integrated speakers which aren’t working. We’re open to purchasing some new tech equipment if we really have to, but want advice before we move forward with anything. Apartment located in Darlinghurst.

Looking for an experienced cabler/network technician to relocate our internet connection from upstairs to downstairs. There is already an Ethernet wall port installed downstairs. I have FTP NBN but battling to get wifi signal in rooms further from the router. I have an Aussie Broadband mesh satellite but it's not working effectively and once my phone connects to the mesh satellite my wifi no longer works when I move to rooms closer to the router again. I please want help getting a strong wifi signal throughout our terrace house.

Need to reconnectred wire from the Internet cable to the wall socket using a punch down tool. Redwore is attached black wire is not connected.

My laptop suddenly won’t connect to the Internet. Nothing has changed and all other devices in the house will still connect.
