I’m looking for someone to come to my home in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and help me create a beautiful, professional setup for Zoom calls, webinars and online coaching. This is part tech setup, part visual styling — so I’m specifically looking for someone who has a good eye for how a space looks on camera, not just someone who can troubleshoot a computer. I create content and coach women online, so I want the background to feel warm, elevated and inviting — not like a corporate office or a gamer/streaming setup. My Desktop PC will not boot into Windows. I can get into the BIOS but not start in Safe Mode. It is currently booting into the Motherboard manufacturer image. I want everything sorted into a clear folder structure so it’s easy to find photos for marketing, social media and future clients. Tasks include: ● Sorting photos and videos by event ● Creating a logical folder structure ● Renaming folders consistently ● Removing obvious duplicates where appropriate ● Flagging the best photos from each event (bonus) ● Keeping everything neat and easy to navigate This will be done on my Mac, either in person (preferred if you’re in Melbourne) or remotely via screen sharing. Looking for someone technically capable to go onsite to our office and assist with resolving a printer installation issue. Important: This task will be guided remotely by me. You just need to be hands-on and follow instructions carefully.

We need a network cable to run from the back of our router, under the floor to a bedroom. The crawl space is a bit tight and I don’t like being under the floor which is why I am posting this task. The direct distance between the two points in about 10 meters, but I suspect a cable would need to be 15 meters as it cannot go in a direct line between the two point. There are already holes in the floor at each end so it just needs to go in one end and come out the other. Should be quick for someone who is happy being under the floorboards. Thank you

I have just had Telstra put in fibre internet to my house and given me a new modem. I now cane make my internet connect to the extenders so can only receive internet in 1 room of my house. I have taken a photo of the extenders (there is 5 of them), the modem and the the router. If you could help it would be great.

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced ACMA licensed telecommunications / NBN technician to help diagnose an NBN connection issue in my apartment in Melbourne. Background: Apartment building I never previously used NBN in this unit I’m unsure whether the previous tenant ever had an active NBN service I recently started a Telstra NBN service a few weeks ago, but it has never worked since activation Telstra has already completed remote testing and advised: the service is fully activated/open from their end there may be a jumpering / cabling issue there appears to be an open circuit somewhere between the MDF and the apartment line Possible causes may include: incorrect MDF jumpering/patching disconnected apartment line wrong port connection damaged internal cabling open circuit between MDF and unit previous tenant cabling changes building-side telecom wiring issue What I need: proper troubleshooting and line testing continuity/open circuit testing checking MDF patching/jumpering identifying whether the issue is on: the building side MDF side apartment internal line or Telstra/NBN side advice on what repair work is required Important: I have full access to the building’s MDF room Please only respond if you have experience with: apartment NBN faults MDF jumpering telecom line tracing internal copper cabling Ideally looking for someone with proper telecom testing equipment who can accurately diagnose the fault rather than basic ISP-level troubleshooting.
