I’m not sure if this will be possible, but I’d like to try to optimise this if possible

Set up emails on 2 laptops and 2 phones through MS365 and web host. Help finish off one MS365 and set up another MS365 account.

I have an MS365 account I want to close and set up some emails on another MS365 account. Also I have other emails set up through a web hosting provider.
