Hi, I am upgrading my NBN connection to Fibre to the Premises (FTTP). During the initial visit, the NBN technician advised that the fibre cable cannot be installed through the current internal pathway because there is no draw wire inside the existing conduit. To avoid running an external cable (which looks untidy) and also move the modem to a completely different location , I am looking for a licensed electrician/telecommunications technician to: Use the existing phone line/conduit Remove or work alongside the old cable if required Install a draw wire / drawstring from the external NBN junction box to the internal modem location Ensure the conduit is clear and ready for NBN fibre installation Once this is done, the NBN technician will return and use the draw wire to pull the fibre cable through. This is a preparation job only (no fibre installation required). Alternatively, you can can straightaway put the correct type of FTPP cable instead of the drawstring, if it's more feasible. Our is a 2 storey house and I have attached a ground floor plan so that you know that red dot represents current t modem location and blue arrow represents external nbn box location. If you plan to put cable, then pls call it out or I can purchase some 20m and keep it ready. Pls do factor the above in your quote

S3225QC Monitor 120hz monitor that is seemingly incapable of connecting to a 120hz input from a PlayStation 5, regardless of resolution and settings. Multiple HDMI 2.1 cables have been used in attempting to run the monitor at 120hz. The accompanying software for the monitor says it is incompatible with my computer. Power cable provided with monitor is faulty. T598 + T-LCM Pedals Not connecting to PlayStation 5, however this is probably a minor and fixable issue. Pedals have had ongoing issues, requiring them to be disconnected and reconnected in order to use them. When reconnected properly, a blue light is visible behind the pedals, and when this light is not visible, inputs fail to register actually, often topping out at under 75% breaking input. XPS Dell 137390 laptop over heating. Have tried replacing battery and cleaning with compressed air. We are not tech savvy. Need assistance from someone who has more experience with tech repair to troubleshoot possible solutions.

We have just moved house and are having issues with our internet, TV, Foxtel set up. It is sporadically dropping out, freezing, looping on the same section, sound disappearing and taking ages to change channel. At first NBN wasn’t working but that has been attended to now.

Proper diagnostic and repair. Some troubleshooting already done by me. I’m looking for a proper diagnostic and repair on a high end desktop that has become unstable. Became unstable last night, a few BSOD but persistent browser crashes and corrupt installs.
