Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Bellevue Hill

My internet keeps dropping out or failing to connect. My netgear router is in the loungeroom of a small 2 bedroom apartment, connected to Apple aiport extreme. My computers (mac studio and imac) are close by, in the office, with another airport extreme. I am currently hotspotting from my phone. I have constant issues with NBN speed and drop outs and as I have the primo service I'd like it fixed so it actually works.

I have onedrive on the laptop with a spinning wheel, so i think it needs to be installed again and synced. Then my files transferred over. For someone that knows what they are doing it might take up to half an hour.
