Proper diagnostic and repair. Some troubleshooting already done by me. I’m looking for a proper diagnostic and repair on a high end desktop that has become unstable. Became unstable last night, a few BSOD but persistent browser crashes and corrupt installs. Don’t know if it’s hardware/software/malware, already done a lot of troubleshooting but need the help of a pro now. Can you let me know your approximate callout rate, how you’d approach this, and an estimate of how many hours you’d expect for initial diagnosis?

I have an NBN modem installed at the back of my house. As you can see from the photos attached, we are getting great download speeds near the modem (living room and kitchen) but with my office at the front of the house, even with TP-Link Wifi 7 system installed (wirelessly - see photo attached), the download speeds are terrible. We would like a professional data cabler to come to our property to link up 2, if not all 3 wifi mesh units direct to the modem please. We have a pitched roof so the potential to run cable through there and have sockets installed to connect each device, if possible. We have an existing 5G Wifi Network set up at home via TPG/NBN. No issues with the service itself. Undertaking a speed test next to the modem, the 466mbps is being achieved however my office is located at the front of the house and the modem is near the back of the house. I have a 5G extender and 3 x TP-Link Deco Mesh Wifi system units set up to try and replicate that coverage in my office but as you can see from the photo attached, I am only achieving 100mbps, even with the help of the mesh system. It would be great to have someone familiar with setting up Mesh Wifi systems to come to our home and help set the system up the best way possible, to maximise download speeds in my home office. The Dlink has to be turned to bridge mode to fix & the netgear nighthawk net will be the modem. Need help asap.
