What works: Laptop powers on normally External monitor works perfectly via HDMI System boots and runs normally on external display What does NOT work: Internal laptop screen remains completely black Windows cannot detect the internal display ("No other display detected") Internal screen does not appear in display settings Troubleshooting already done: Opened the laptop Disconnected and reconnected the LCD flex cable on both ends Checked display detection in Windows settings Tested with external monitor (works fine) Suspected issue: Possible faulty LCD flex cable, damaged LCD panel, or motherboard display connector issue. Laptop model: Lenovo 82S9 (full model number available if needed) Request: Looking for someone to diagnose and repair the internal screen issue. Possible replacement of LCD cable or screen if required.

He also said neither of the 2 x IDFs in our tenancy were connected to anything so we would need someone to run a cable from the comms room to our tenancy. It's all ground floor. Distance from comms room to our tenancy might be 20-30m tops.

I have NBN connected to the house. I want to change rooms for the router box. The cabling and wiring are already installed to the new location. Someone needed to simply reconnect it for the new location. This may be possible at the terminal box, otherwise may need to be done in the roof.
