The screen does not turn on, the back logo does not turn on. The computer turns on, making the startup sound and the caps lock key is alive. I wish to diagnose the problem and see whether is worth it to fix it.

My digital life is a mess. I have photos on iCloud but others on my Mac only. I have music I love on an old iTunes library but my Spotify is dismal, I have multiple old outlook .pst files that I need ordered and imported into Outlook that I can refer to. Once that is all sorted I need someone that can teach me how to work smarter on my Mac, all the while being empathetic to the fact that I am not a digital native and probably do things in clunky and stupid ways. Sound like you? Im thinking of an initial 3 hour sort out session and then go further from there if its working.

Are you a tech wiz at data recovery from hard drives that most shops can’t do and the one that could wanted to charge the world. Also any Apple Mac/ iPhone/icloud/iTunes/iphotos/photos Experts to manage my daily requirements from old MacBook Pro 2010- going in new Apple Air or Pro. Phone sinking/iTunes library/Photos etc. Looking for someone portable to Petersham Sydney or close by that I can get to. Thanks.

not booting up, possible.liquid spilled on computer

27 in iMac suspect needs hard drive replacement....white screen wont boot entirely. Wont safe boot or access disk utility....I have even gone to single user mode and alt termonal command....says Mac HD appears to be ok in script prior to reboot....back to white screen ( same with internet recovery)

Purchased new iMac and MacBook. Need someone to transfer everything to my new computers and from a backup on an external hard drive from my old MacBook as well as store everything on iCloud. Would like both computers synced so I can save and work across both, so my documents are not a double up. Would like to make sure everything is there and nothing is lost including all of my pictures!! Just like to make sure that everything has been copied across to new computers including pictures, files and programs. Thanks!

2016 Macbook has issues with certain keys like the spacebar and '0' not working properly. They are basically sitting too low and don't always respond to my fingers unless I press slowly and firmly.
